Bolnhurst, Bedford 

A long garden with neighbours to the side and rear of the garden. Established trees with a need for a seating area, better use of the lawn and patio and interesting planting.

All existing trees at the end of the garden were to be kept with the addition of two more nearer the house to continue the height along the garden. The shed was to be moved closer towards the house and out from under the trees to allow easier access from the side passageway.

The patio was was altered to fit better within the space but still allow easy access  outside from the house. A small paved area was to be added at the top of the garden for a table and chairs to sit at in the the dappled shade from the trees. 

The planting was to be of interest including climbers along the fences and plants able to cope with the shade cast by the trees.
