During college I had the opportunity to build show gardens at the RHS Show Tatton Park and RHS Show Hampton Court 2004. Since then I have been part of a small team of people lucky enough to be part of such an amazing experience. I plan to eventually have my own garden at a RHS Show, but knowing the build up and the 1 year plus planning needed, I think it maybe some time! Not forgetting of course a Sponsor...

RHS Hampton Court 2009 Saodolin Nature to Nuture - Silver Gilt
Large beds of perennial plants and grasses, lawn around the beds with wildflowers along the back boundary. This photo was taken half way through the build.

RHS Hampton Court 2007 Sadolin Woodcare - Silver Gilt
A small potager style garden with mainly raised vegetable beds and ornamental flowers around the boundaries

RHS Malvern Spring Garden Show 2005 Sadolin Garden of Regeneration - Bronze
A tranquil garden mainly using blues and whites in big groups. Filmed for BBC Gardeners World with Monty Don. This was built by just myself, the designer and her husband over a week!

I think that these gardens have to be a highlight of each year. During the build up being around like minded people, meeting nursery men and women, suppliers and other designers.
